The hotel's captivating blend of Carrara marble and modern amenities truly captured the essence of authentic Florentine style. Nestled between the Arno River and Santa Maria Novella Church, the hotel's location allowed us to soak in the romantic charm of Ponte Vecchio and the renowned art at Galleria degli Uffizi and Galleria dell'Accademia. From the warm welcome we received at the 24-hours reception to the charming decor throughout the property, every detail exuded Italian hospitality. the spacious room with wood floors and independently adjustable climate control ensured a comfortable stay. the marble bathroom with complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury, while the flat-screen TV with international channels provided entertainment after a day of exploring the city. In the mornings, we indulged in a delightful buffet breakfast served in the dining room, featuring a selection of fresh coffee, cold cuts, cheeses, and pastries. the attentive staff at La Carabaccia ensured we started our day on the right note, preparing delicious coffee and offering recommendations for our city explorations. The hotel's proximity to the city's main attractions, including the Basilica of St Mary of Flowers and Uffizi Gallery, made it convenient for us to immerse ourselves in Florence's rich history and culture. And for those inclined towards shopping, the nearby Via de' Tornabuoni and Central Market provided ample opportunities to indulge in retail therapy. Overall, our experience at Hotel Boccaccio was nothing short of exceptional. the combination of traditional architecture, modern comforts, and impeccable service truly made our stay in Florence unforgettable. Whether it's a vacation or a business trip, this charming hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury and convenience.
